自动数控中空玻璃生产线(可生产LOW-E中空玻璃)

清洗机采用3对毛刷设计及对LOW- E玻璃专用毛刷避免膜损伤。

采用PLC控制及双触摸屏显示系统一温度/速度/生产量/故障信息提示-可单独完成全线控制。

可以生产超长二层、三层、大小片(不等边)幕墙中空玻璃及异型中空玻璃。

全距离自动变频调速，设有玻璃等候储存段，节省劳动等待时间,提高生产效率。

板压机液压控制，伺服电机调整上下不等片尺寸，活动板可自由开启，检修方便快捷。
